I've received 9 quotes from different contractors to the find the best price and best company to replace all of the windows in my home. I worked with Rick from La Casa Bella Design and he beat out all of the competitors! He gave me the best deal and his team did an amazing job from start to finish! The customer service is great. Rick is straight shooter and I love that, i don't want to hear the typical salesman pitch. he ordered my windows promptly, his team arrived on time, finished sooner that expected, and cleaned up after themselves leaving my home in better condition than before they came. This was a bathroom re-model that included some demo work and installation of a four piece tub and shower, new counter top and sinks, toilet and vinyl flooring. The bathroom was supposed to be left in "ready to paint" condition. The patchwork done to to the walls was very rough and required more work on my part before it could be painted. The patchwork behind the toilet was so bumpy I had to re-do it before I could do the base molding. The Flooring contractor moved the tub skirt during the vinyl installation and left it that way without saying anything and it had to be fixed. I feel I paid to much for this quality level.
Response by : the tub enclosure turned out to big for the space and went out past the wall, had to fur out wall to make it work, I recommended a flooring company that did vinyl flooring as I don't and they did move the tub but I was able to fix it. If I was told about the drywall texture behind the tub I would have redone it, I checked the job out personally and no mention of issues before final check, I thought it looked good for a pre fab.
